ava explainer: point tiers

Elevate

There are 3 point tiers in AVA. Newbies start at Sapphire where they can elevate to Emerald and finally Diamond. Diamond point tier members get more than twice as many points each week versus Sapphire, making point accumulation much faster.

Sapphire - RN

Sapphire RNs get 400 points for every week worked over 24 hours starting with their first assignment.

Emerald - RN

Emerald RNs get 600 points for every week worked over 24 hours. Attain Emerald status after 2,000 cumulative hours in Sapphire.

Diamond - RN

Diamond RNs get 950 points for every week worked over 24 hours. Attain Diamond status after 2,000 cumulative hours in Emerald.

Sapphire - LPN/LVN

Sapphire LPNs get 200 points for every week worked over 24 hours starting with their first assignment.

Emerald - LPN/LVN

Emerald LPNs get 300 points for every week worked over 24 hours. Attain Emerald status after 2,000 cumulative hours in Sapphire.

Diamond - LPN/LVN

ava explainer: getting started

How it works

1

Qualify for an AVA Account.

In order to qualify for opening an AVA account, you must first work 500 hours with All Medical Personnel. During this time you accumulate points in the background. A “welcome aboard” email will be sent to you upon qualification with instructions about opening an account.

2

Browse the Awards Catalog.

After opening an AVA account, you may browse the awards catalog at your leisure. At this time you can redeem the points deposited to your AVA account, or save them. While points don’t expire, access to your AVA account will be suspended if you have an extended gap between assignments with us.

3

Elevate, then Celebrate.

Elevate point tiers from Sapphire to Emerald to Diamond. Higher point tier means more points deposited to your account each week. Celebrate by redeeming your points as often as you want. Whether it’s a shopping spree for your family or a gift to yourself, the choice is yours!

AVA – or AmpVantage Awards – rewards eligible travel nurses with points for each week worked at All Medical Personnel. Points can be redeemed for a wide range of gifts, from experiences to merchandise and trips. Here’s how points are accumulated in a nutshell:

  1. Qualify for an AVA account after working 500 hours with All Medical Personnel. You accumulate points during this time but are not able to redeem. After 500 hours, you will get a login email to obtain AVA account access where you can redeem accumulated points – or simply view and save them!
  2. Each week you work a minimum of 24 hours, you get points deposited into your AVA account. The amount of points you get depends on your point rate tier.
  3. There are three point rate tiers – RNs: Sapphire gets 400 points per week; Emerald gets 600 points per week; Diamond gets 950 points per week. LPNs/LVNs: Sapphire gets 200 points per week; Emerald gets 300 points per week; Diamond gets 475 points per week.
  4. Move up point rate tiers every 2,000 eligible cumulative hours.
  5. Points don’t expire but access to your account is deactivated if you have a gap in assignments.
  6. Reference the official program rules for complete details.

After you work 500 hours with All Medical Personnel, view your points balance on the AVA dashboard by going to My Awards > Premium Catalog. The login site is https://ava.360recognition.com

Login to My Awards > Premium Catalog. Your points balance is displayed on the top right of the screen. You must be qualified to have an AVA account before you can login to redeem points. Initial qualifications for new nurses of All Medical Personnel include a core requirement of working 500 hours.

Navigate to https://ava.allmedical.com/account here at the AVA Welcome Center site. You must have your Employee # which can be found on your 2024 iSolved pay statements.

At this time there is not a way to view your points balance prior to getting AVA account access. AVA account access is granted after working 500 hours.

We’ll occasionally send email notifications to remind you about new points. However for the latest deposits, log in to your AVA account to view the balance by going to My Awards > Premium Catalog. Weekly points are deposited on Fridays or Mondays, although this can vary. You can also check recent deposits here.

Transferring points is not permitted.
